Restorative Yoga

Be prepared to feel good as we work through some of our unneeded tension. We will use the power of the breath to slow down the nervous system to allow our bodies to completely relax through some gentle stretches. Any type of bolsters, pillows, blankets, block, etc are encouraged to ensure and enhance comfort. Those who want to attend the Zoom aspect of class will be given a login code once sign up and payment are received.
