Greg, also known as Waters, teaches a vinyasa yoga that discovers flexibility, increases strength & encourages individuality. Greg’s teaching not only focuses on alignment, but on anchoring movement with breath and finding what feels good for yourself.

Focus on the present moment. Focus on the breath. Focus on the action of your body. Focus on nothing else except yourself and your experience.

Flow

Allow yourself to flow at your own pace and your own natural way. Let the breath flow throughout your body. Flow like water.
